That is like exactly what happened!

 

Since I was watching in a bar without audio, I wasn't sure where they spotted the ball. Did they mark off the PF call from the spot of the foul, or where the runback ended? I wonder what would have been the outcome had Brown scored on that play? Would they take the points off the board? I think they'd have to, no?

 

I would imagine they would have taken the TD away...still it was entertaining to watch.

I know it was a penalty, and yes probaly avoidable if he would have just went around for the touchdown, but i for one loved it. ill take those 15 anytime for plays like that. get out there nd show some intensity. beat up the other guys. Been awhile since we seen that!

Given the speed of the play, is it possible that AB didn't immediately recognize it was the punter and so assumed he couldn't beat him if he cut left. As such, he figured he could hurdle him. I do think AB's action with his foot was because the punter was trying to make a tackle while falling backwards.

No it was the Bengals punter. We just need to jack up the ravens punter this week for the trifecta

We can all laugh about it now but if they didn't score a TD on that drive we'd all be screaming how stupid it was to not follow the blockers to the endzone cause it may have cost a game. Maybe he did it cause they had a big lead. In a tight game would he have gone for the easy TD instead by following those blockers or did he just instantly react that way? I think only one person really knows.

 

Has any one heard if a fine is coming ?...we know Godell has been busy repeatedly watching the clip of Janay's a** maybe when he's done will get some info.
