Another ratbird injury.

The ratbirds said that linebacker Mike McAdoo, who was to start the year in place of the injured terrell suggs, tore his acl on Thursday and had surgery Friday, and might be done for the year.

 

I thought mcclain the rookie from alabama was gonna fill in for suggs?They are getting thin.

 

Not sure where thats coming from, but I never heard once this guys name...seems like a scrub/backup...they may say any of their OLBs are vying for the spot to replace Suggs...but yeah he's not a huge loss (plus it was a torn Achilles not ACL). And this guy hasnt played football in like 2-3 years due to NCAA suspension, and then being on IR/etc...no way he started for Suggs. They have Kugler/Kindle and then the rookie Upshaw (not McClain defva). A combo of those 3 were going to be the OLBs for them. So this McAdoo guy doesnt change anything really.
