Amazing the difference a true TE1 makes

Having a receiving threat at TE (like pretty much every other team in the league) makes a huge difference. That play by Vance was probably one of the best I've ever seen. Pure ownage. I like JJ plenty as he has reliable hands but last night you saw the difference between a TE1 and a TE2.

Vance has dangerous RAC ability. JJ catches the ball and promptly gets tackled. Both have their roles but I hope that Vance can stay healthy. He is a HUGE HUGE weapon for us.

JJ I hope continues to work on his blocking and RAC skills.

 

Has James been signed to a 2nd contract yet? I hope they do sign James long term. He's reliable even if he doesn't have the RAC and speed that McDonald has.

 

That was the play of the game, as far as I'm concerned. Maybe the best play I've seen in several years since Troy.

 

Helped reclaim some of the momentum too after getting down. A nice shot of energy to the team.

 

A healthy Vance is a game changer for this team, which seems really weird to say. But dude is a beast, and he's really damn fast.

 

His stiffarm was sick.

It'd be nice to see him on the field instead on the sideline for a change.

 

Looked like he was trying to force feed him a Big Mac...in fact I'm nick naming his stiff arm The Big Mac....

The way the officiating has been, I'm surprised they didn't flag McDonald and take the points off the board. I was totally expecting the refs to call some BS penalty on that.

We have two tight ends that can get it done. Hope McDonald stays healthy but lets not put The Outlaw on the shelf after last weeks performance.

Still like what Jesse brings even though he is not nearly as athletic. Strange because he was one of the most athletic tight ends in his draft.

 

Nah, He's better than Eifert. (never been impressed with that guy outside of a few games)

Yeah, Jesse was supposed to have room to grow into his frame and add muscle when they took him. Always thought he'd get stronger and run guys over after the catch.
