    Per Shefter .....
After refusing to receive a vaccine for COVID-19, Rick Dennison and the Vikings have parted ways, multiple sources told ESPN’s Courtney Cronin on Friday. Dennison, who spent the last two seasons as Minnesota’s offensive line coach and run game coordinator, is believed to be the first NFL position coach to part ways with his team after choosing not to receive a vaccine, which is required for all NFL Tier 1 staff, including coaches, front-office executives, equipment managers and scouts. Players are not required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine but will face strict protocols during training camp and throughout the season that vaccinated players will be able to forgo.

You would have thought he would have been a superstar with a name like that. So many possibilities: Buzz is really buzzing now, Nutter better then a Buzz blast, etc. etc.

Bill Saul, the oldest of the Butler High School Saul brothers who played in the NFL.
Rocky Bleier said in his book that Saul hit harder, was meaner, drank more beer and smoked more cigarettes than any other teammate that he ever had.

I got to meet and hang out with Dwayne Woodruff for awhile when I was a kid. Helluva a nice guy. Still have his autographed picture from that day.

If I am a business owner don't I have a right to refuse who works for me?
Or who I can serve? I think so, get the vax or don't come to work. Meaning I don't pay you. It is really that simple.

He should have done bull riding, because I believe they buzz the nutters to get the bulls hopping.

I had forgotten about Rowser, he was a really good CB for us. He was traded to the Broncos right before the 1974 season but he did already have a couple of rings playing for the Packers during the Lombardi years.

And yet, he adjusted to the "Mel Blount" rule by being named to the pro bowl three out of the first four years after the rule was made, including a 1st team all-pro at the age of 33. What is amazing is how Swann performed before the "Mel Blount" rule was made. Do you think Blount was the only CB doing the things he did?

Blount interfered with a lot of passes...lol

So much that they had to make a rule that changed the game forever.
