    we now have 32 million in dead money. wow. is this mostly from kicking the can down the road? :cool:

    You can see them all here, huge spread from a couple of million (Chargers) right up to $60m +

    Average at a glance appears to be somewhere in the middle $20m + but haven’t calculated it or anything

    A big portion of that is the readjustment after the covid season where the cap shrank. A bit above the average, but it seems a lot of teams are there..so not to concerned.

    another 2.691 mil. in PS players and 3.058 mil. in injured reserve players added to the dead money. also 2-3 mil. carried into the season most likely for injuries. probably around 41 million not going to the 53 man roster. :cool:

    Those don’t count towards the “dead money “ number.

    no but they count towards the cap overall and not towards the 53.:cool:
