I could see us getting Stephens-Howling if Bradshaw doesn't work out. The FO seems to feel the need to bring in another vet before the draft. I believe he's good on ST as well?

LSH is a good return guy (dont see him as much of a RB though). I think Caldwell would be a nice pickup...and no clue about Gooden...

LSH did a decent job as a RB last year if I remember correctly. He had a game or two he went over 100 and has that breakaway speed that Willie Parker had. He's a good change of pace I think.

He's not that fast. He's more Mewelde Moore than Willie Parker.

I don't think his speed is identical to Parker's but I do think it's much greater than Moore's speed. LSH looks pretty fast to me and he's broken a few big plays.

Whether he's more Moore or Parker, he still brings a different skill-set to Dwyer and Redman.

Seems like a waste to me. A rookie could provide the same that LSH could.

With all due respect to LSH, who has had a far better pro career than I ever imagined, but he gets down ion his knees everyday and prays that becomes the next Mwelde Moore.

MM was a much better back

The Steelers are scraping the bottom of the barrel with their free agency.

Well, they're not looking for starters from this bunch, clearly.

We also seem to have been far more active in FA this off-season than any other I remember... but given we have aound 60 cents of cap space, they won't be making the splash signings.

Camp bodies are camp bodies...I don't care what their names are as long as a couple of them produce!
