So I have seen many post about Rudolph should be QB1 in 2024 or have a fair competition for the QB1.

So I ask this, Since Rudolph has been successful with our current OC's. Will this mean that the higher ups believe that the current ones will be good enough for 2024?

I honestly would prefer to see a New OC from outside be brought in.

The Steelers can't be blind like they were after last year and keep the same old offense because of 2-3 games

The Steelers completely need a new offense

I totally agree. But if we could somehow make a deep run in the Playoffs IF we happen to get in. I might reconsider....lol

Too early to even think about that now. They're still in the hunt, they can figure out who will be the new OC in the off season. But yeah, no more inside hires

New OC outside the organization regardless who is at QB. Someone with extensive experience designing offenses. No more no frill OC’s.

May I also state not only new OC but a play caller that can call a good game.
    Very important.

Id bring in an OC that has the ability to be our next HC if we don't win playoff games next year. That could be a very enticing to some elite offensive minds to have an opportunity to turn around our offense... and possible by the next HC of the steelers. Tomlin needs smarter people in the room. Someone that has leadership skills and instills discipline. I'd even give the new OC an assistant HC title. Unless of course our dreams come true and Tomlin is ran out of town. He is the most over rated coach in football.
