    That would be me.

People around here got mad at me before the draft when I said Pickens won't be on the roster in September.

    So again...

Me and @SteelersFanIrl@SteelersFanIrl have been saying this since 2023; two constants have been at the forefront. Colbert and Tomlin both have had bad miss after bad miss and now it has caught up to them. Tomlin is now tasked to clean up this mess but to say that the decisions from 2018-2022 fall squarely on Colbert exempts Tomlin from any responsibility; very unfair to Colbert.

Thankfully, Omar Khan and Andy Weidl have slowly but surely righted the ship in 2023. 2024 and 2025 also appear to be good on paper (more so 2025) but there is still work to be done. 2025 has to hit and 2026 has to be a home run at worst to a grand slam at best for the Steelers to compete once again. Nabbing that QB remains both Khans and Weidls biggest hurdle but I believe that they can do it.

To sum all of this up, Colberts poor choices coupled with Tomlins horrific personnel management has caused the team to atrophy in the current state the franchise has been in. Tomlin however hasn't learned from his 2021 Offensive Line debacle via Broderick Jones. Jones finally is back in his spot but it shouldn't have taken this long to do so. Broderick's lack of self improvement didn't help but Tomlins track record of goofing up the development of the Offensive Line has been in focus since 2021.

Long story short?! Colbert didn't draft well enough and Tomlin didn't develop well enough either.

    They do

    They fire them

Kind if like what Tomlin/Omar have been doing
