Still 4 games left. Who knows what’s going to happen.
I agree with 1&2.
But after Baltimore, they were already mad. That didn’t seem to help.
Unfortunately, I believe we will be 11-2 after the Bills game.
Also the Chiefs last 4 wins were by a total of 15 points. They’re not that scary.
Is TOMLIN our coach? I know what’s going to happen
12-4 we may beat the hapless Bengals
But more in line with TOMLIN we will lose our first playoff game. Book it
Thanks to Covid restrictions, Tomlin will be unleashing hell late this year
Because of cowhers player
With such a constant dismal outlook on things I don’t know how some of you enjoy normal life much less football? Some of you are so predictable though.
If you’ve already predetermined the outcome and you’re convinced we suck then why stick around?
Dont worry I won’t be watching another game this season. Enjoy the suck Glemm
Why don’t you just enjoy the season and hope that we bring home #7?
I have a niece who is always doom and gloom only seeing the worse. My friends nicknamed her “Buzz Kill”.
Hell is in a 2 week mandatory quarantine.
Until Hell has been cleared, the best coach can do in unfetter Purgatory.
I have a friend like that. We call him 'Eeyore'.
We call my friend “Schleprock”
I hope this isn’t fake news. I’d hate to see a black Mark in your permanent record.
12-4 is a solid season and a record I hope for every year but as I mentioned in a thread I created it would be the first time 12-4 felt terrible should that end up our record.
The optimism of youth. It's a beautiful thing!
After 12 games we are ranked 29th in rushing, and without a run game we cant go far in any playoff scenario teams don"t have to load the box just play the pass at will, keep overlooking this flaw and they are headed for a miserable ending IMO....
It's not the 11-1 record people are worried about... It's the...
A) Can't run the Ball
B) Line sucks
C) Lost Bush, then Bud, Spillane, Haden Boz
D) 2 yard passes, teams stacking the line, swatting down passes
E) Can't catch the ball
Yes, We're 11-1 but this team has issues...Lots of them!
It never ceases to amaze me just how negative some fans can be. We're 11-1. We're not 7-5, and needing to get on track to have a chance to make the postseason. We're 11-1, and there's a slim chance that we don't win the division. While mistakes are being made, injuries are the reason why things are looking grim on the field right now. Don't underestimate the affect that the loss of Haden and Spillane mid game, plus the absence of Nelson, Pouncey and Conner had on the WTF game. All of those guys should be back soon, possibly 3 or 4 of them for the Bills game. Some people are giving this team zero credit for what they showed in winning 11 straight, including beating Cleveland, Tennessee and Baltimore in successive weeks. That didn't happen by luck. It happened because this is a damn good team, even with it's warts. It's unrealistic to expect perfection week in and week out, especially when injuries mount. Bad outings are going to happen.
I don't know if we'll beat the Bills. I think that is largely depending on getting enough of the guys I listed above back from injury. However, anyone counting this team out of the division race or Super Bowl contention hasn't been watching other NFL games and seeing the deficiencies that other teams have. There's no perfect, dominant team out there. The Chiefs are the closest to that, but their defense is average, and very beatable. Whether we're the 2nd or 3rd seed, we'll get a home playoff game and a chance to get our mojo back for the final run.
Personally, my guess is that we lose to the Bills, and then rebound to beat the Bengals and Colts to sit at 13-2 heading to Cleveland. That Cleveland game will be meaningless for the division as long as we beat the Bengals and either the Bills or Colts.
