That was roughing the passer. The pass rusher hit Pickett in the head.
Pickett and Heyward were not on the same page there.
I did tell you he can throw deep. :)
Yes, they do have a first down. If the offense passes the line to gain for a first down on a touchdown, it counts as a first down.
Maybe that will get Pickett going. By the way, so much for the theory that he can't throw deep.
Great job by Warren and Pickett actually hung in there and threw a perfect deep ball.
Austin!

Peterson was sprinting to get there, so that's not so easy. The real issue was Wallace getting cooked immediately.
Of course, Wallace got torched again.
Ugh. Alexander has to make that tackle cleanly.
It's time to bench Pickett. Whatever has him regressing, he clearly isn't able to work through it this way.
That is not a fumble.

I have no problem with anything Pickett did on third down until the throw. Instead of settling down and making a good throw, fired it high.
It wasn't an easy throw, but yeah, Pickett missed another open receiver on third down.
Pierre is so useless. They are double-teaming the gunner and he still ends up holding. Just stupid.
I get your point, but the play still works if Daniels didn't whiff on his block. The problem, once again, was execution.
His best play today was a 44-yard run, so no, not really. lol
It isn't about comparing the Steelers' issues to those of the Titans. It is that the Browns' defense dominated, as it did in the opener against...
