He didn't clear it with the league to wear the Ali cleats, he got the okay for the Palmer cleats.

I think they should draft 2 OLBs, Jarvis and Harrison are gone in 2017.
Shazier isn't a bust, he has been productive when healthy. Now Jarvis is a bust 5 sacks in 4 years.
That type of OLB they need to try and find in the 2017 draft.
