I liked Thigpen. I wish he had stayed with the Steelers. The Steelers learned to keep their own after letting Thigpen and Searcy go.
Darwin Horn in 1951 is the only other Steeler I have found to wear number 70.
Don't you think Hall of Fame players should get a page of their own, except I did not do that with Stallworth, so has the precedent been set?

The Steelers need to look out for themselves. If they are well-coached, prepared, and execute, they will win.
But only 3 and possibly Russell Wilson are not Hall of Famers. Granted it was their Super Bowl performances that put them in the Hall.
