Noll is the greatest head coach in NFL history as far as I'm concerned. Hell even the Steelers-haters on FS1's First Things First show admitted...
I think Watt will be good in '26. The whole lung puncture thing set him back last year.
OC Ernie Zampese and DC Dave Campo.... both were good coordinators.
For the record, I would much rather our new coach, McCarthy... be more like Cowher than Tomlin. Slow start in September... and then clicking on...
Cowher was a better coach than Tomlin... even with the '94 AFC Championship debacle vs Chargers. Hindsight is 20/20 and it is very clear now....
Not a franchise QB. McCarthy is another in a long line of first round QBs who played well in college... but don't translate to the NFL.
Tomlin wasted my late 40's and early 50's as a Steelers fan! :frown: Can't get those years back.
Early to mid 90's with Marino. Unfortunately for the Dolphins, they had the Bills in their division who were AFC Champs, 4 times in a row.
Just think... if Tomlin had a "losing season" or two.... he'd probably still be coaching.
Are the Panthers gonna sign Bryce Young to a 2nd contract? Young is better than Pickett, but if Young can't stay healthy.... Pickett may get...
Don't even get me started on GenZ!!! I'm thankful I'm old enough to remember life without the internet, social media and smart phones......
It's the offseason. What does it matter if threads go off topic?
Losing Shazier didn't help for the playoff game vs Jax. Lots of bad luck that year. Still... Popcorn should have been fired after that game....
RB is not a problem for the Steelers.... OL is.
Not if Dolphins win the Super Bowl. :hehehe:
OK, Steelers must not like the CBs in this year's draft.
Damn. Wish Steelers would have kept him.
Still think Steelers should draft a WR in 2nd round. :icon e ugeek:
Yeah, that's too much money for a QB who hasn't played a full season.
Khan needs to get on the phone with Lynch. Trade for Mack Jones!
