I'm okay with them not hiring Ward as WR coach, it didn't work out too well with Porter and Lake as coaches.
Coates damaged his fingers, he was never the same after that.
Ward isn't even a WR coach, he's a offensive assistant.
And they won nothing with some of those guys with NFL experience.
