Harris isn't big enough to be a TE, they already have like 4-5 TEs on the roster.
Remember before the season it seemed they had good depth at OL, RB, and OLB, injuries have ruined that.
Getting those turnovers can be cyclical.
One of my biggest problems with Smith's offense is he doesn't feed his best playmakers enough, when you don't have a #2 WR Muth should be getting...

He was a more dynamic runner in Chicago, he hasn't run as much with Pittsburgh maybe that's what the coaching staff wants.
