I think that's a disadvantage to us, Ben hasn't played in 4 weeks, would have preferred pristine conditions for him.

I think they are just afraid of losing him for the rest of the season or longer, I can understand that but for me, as long as he is out of danger...
The question was as a backup QB, I'd consider him for one of the other positions you named. The guy offers nothing as a backup QB though.

That's true but Rivers has really been off the mark this year. I can't attest to that for every game, but the games I have seen, he's not played...
