You guys act like the Steelers are the only team to lose to bad teams . This happens in the NFL more often than you think Any Given Sunday.
If the Steelers were really interested in Simpson, they would've sent Khan/McCarthy to Alabama pro day. They didn't even bring him in for a top 30...
Who said the Steelers were SB contenders in 2014-15 .
I don't remember the exact year but losses to Ryan Mallett -Ravens and the Bengals third string QB on MNF, some games where Ben had a stinker.
I don't see it happening that would be a reach IMO.

[MEDIA] [MEDIA] [MEDIA] This type of play certainly isn't Patrick Queen we need to draft a ILB who can play downhill.
I also remember some of those losses to bottom feeders where Ben would return from injury and just play bad.
Maybe Baltimore will go WR in the first round ;)
That's because they had Brady
[MEDIA] Okay Khan time to make some trades during the draft.

Super Bowl hang over
I say they make maybe 9-10 picks at the most. They need another draft like they had in 2023 and get contributions from like 5 guys.
They have 12 picks and they don't need to draft 12 rookies because not all of them are going to make the team.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them trade up for Vega or Lemon.
The Steelers have only had two first round receivers come in for a top 30 visit, this after only going to one pro day .
