Everyone knows its against the rules to throw to a TE on 1st or 2nd, as well as it being illegal to use the middle of the field.

I've been a fan since Bradshaw/Harris/Swan/Stallworth, etc. and I think this may be the most hopeless I've felt as a Steeler fan.
He's inactive and only the emergency 3rd QB. He can't go in unless Mason gets hurt.
