Easier said than done...Best chance to get a true franchise QB is to be in the top 10, so it'll be a little cheaper if they need to trade up
It worked in the NHL for the penguins in the 2000s with Crosby, Fleury, Malkin, etc or in 1984 with Mario Lemieux Problem in all of those teams...
