Why wouldn't there be a defensive penalty for a first down
That shows the confidence the coaches have in Pickett. 1 first down and this game is over. Didn't trust him to throw it and win the game.

There was a great throw by Pickett for a TD.
He catches a pass, gets a 1st down and they take him out of the game right away. This coaching staff makes ZERO sense.
