There's too much blind hatred for Rudolph around here to have a legitimate discussion on this topic.
Steelers suck and are usually unprepared against backup QBs... so it really doesn't matter. Lock will have a field day.
Broncos 23 Steelers 20 52 yard FG
No to Ryan. Either draft a QB in 2022 draft or bring in a younger, experienced free agent QB as a stop gap. Or both.
Bengals without Ocho Cinco, Burfict and Pacman. I hate Ravens, Browns and Bengals... but hate Bengals less than the other two. Hope Bengals beat...
And he will be good enough to beat us this year.
Mayfield looks like the 2nd coming of Neil O'Donnell. Good enough to get his "good" overall team to the playoffs... but will end up disappointing...
Looking at the AFC.... Steelers are somewhere in the bottom 4 with Jets, Colts and Jaguars. Jets and Colts won yesterday.
Penalties like that should be reviewable. It was obvious on the replay... the long snapper snapped the ball before Haden and Fitz crossed the LOS.
Lock is a backup QB. The Steelers D usually chokes big time vs. backup QBs.
I agree to a point. Rudolph won't do much better than Ben behind the inexperienced O line.
This is total, 100% utter bullsh!t. Rudolph was injured. He couldn't play... so Hodges, the 3rd string QB started.
Even if the Steelers beat the Broncos, the Seahawks and Wilson will do what Packers did yesterday the following week... except, Wilson will have a...
I don't get why so many are surprised by this. The OL was a big question mark during the offseason and preseason. Roethlisberger didn't show...
My 6-11 prediction was too generous.
It will be worse than those years.
Worst Steelers offense since 1999. I'd take Kordell, Bettis and Hawkins over this
That play by DJ sums up the '21 Steelers
I was about to post the same thing. We can't move the ball. Harris is the only one who can and Packers are keying on him.
