I wouldn't pay him $4 million a year just to be a part of a three-man rotation at RB, they can just get a younger and cheaper RB in the draft.
I would take him for like $2 million or less.
The Steelers can create plenty of cap space if they want to with some restructures, or when TJ gets a new deal.
I wanted them to go after Nate Hobbs to play slot CB, he was on the Raiders with our CB coach Alexander and he got like $12 million a year.
