They took calls during the draft for Pickens; Dallas highest offer was only a 4th rd pick after the draft Dallas upped their offer.
I'm not worried about it because it's not like there will only be 2-3 QBs going in the first round next year.
I don't recall the Chiefs being in the top 10 when they got Mahomes, who cares if they trade some of those 12 draft picks?

I just watched the Will Howard interview with Gruden; he's an easy guy to root for and a good player to add to the QB room.
They weren't trying to tank they just weren't any good.
