Could Mason Rudolph be on the Trade Block?

    You have that backwards IMO... fans want the best players on the field.. if jobs are on the line a coach/front office will give a player every chance to prove they were right to choose them.

    Keep Rudolph for now... and roll with him, Trubisky and Haskins and let the best QB win in preseason. Bring in either Dobbs or a UDFA for the #4. Hope they don't waste a draft pick on QB.

    Trubisky wasn't brought in to be the savior. They signed him to step up the QB room. Mason will have to compete as well as Trubisky.

    I have seen enough of Trubinski playing against Detroit to know he’s nothing better than a back up. I feel more optimistic about Mason than Trubinski….and that’s not much optimism. I guess competition is a positive though.

    I think they keep 4 into camp, the 3 on the roster now, plus either re-sign Dobbs or a rookie late rounder.

    Man, Ridder is very interesting, when a guy has as that dropped passes in his highlights it perks your head up!
