Bought a new car. Drove with the temp plate for about a week until plates came in. No big deal, I've done it 20 times before. Yesterday get a lot of bills from NY and NJ for running the toll booths. After some research found out that scumbags take pictures of the temp plates and make their own. Put them on their car or stolen car and go through the EZ pass lanes. Thankfully a temp plate in NJ expires after a month.

What I don't get is the scumbag risked getting caught if he would have been pulled over for a traffic violation or had an accident. The jag-off ripped off the system for 30 dollars. I so wished the jerk would have been pulled over.

Careful if you buy new vehicle!!!!!

LoL. I remember buying a jeep wrangler brand new, and 2 days later getting pulled over in Oklahoma, and them harassing me about My plates. LoL. I was like the vehicle has less than 200 miles on it. I just bought it 2 days ago.
Then they proceeded 2 search My vehicle , after handcuffing Me. LoL. I don't know where My privilege went that day, but I surely didn't have any. LoL:lolol:

I guess. I was also asked if I had needles in My pockets as they searched Me. LoL. Matter of fact I have always gotten asked that when searched. LoL. Yet You are talking about a person that has never had any trouble with the law outside of speeding tickets when Young, and a couple of bar fights nothing else. Yet 7 out of 10 times being pulled over I've been asked 2 step out ,and been searched. Once by gunpoint with a knee in My back in Texas as a deadhead driver for Hertz rent a car as extra spending money. I have never gotten privilege in My being pulled over. LoL. It's stopped since I've gotten older, but from teens - about late forties it was always the case.

I'm always wary of other Steeler fans. Too many shady ones IMO.

Luckily, there are very few toll roads in California! IIRC, San Diego county only has one.

I always say California is a whole different animal. Hell, I live 5 miles from the beach and if I want to use the bridge, they just raised the toll from 1.50 to 3.00. I'll be driving around this season. Driving up to NY from So. NJ cost a ton of money. Seems like there's a toll every 10 miles. My beautiful State (hey we are the Garden State) just about doubled all the tolls in 2022.

The Bay Area is definitely a different animal. All the bridges there have a toll at least one way. San Diego only has the one bridge, really. They did away with the toll on that years ago.
