If an NFL owner hires a bad White coach they risk a losing season.

If an NFL owner hires a bad Black coach they risk losing the franchise.

It's hard to understate how disastrous hiring Black coaches is becoming. I can't see other NFL owners in a hurry to be called racist or to have their ownership put in jeopardy.

 

If there is proof of this those owners need huge fines, loss of draft pics for all years games purposely lost and must sell their franchise.
