    This is a strange issue for me. Past few days I've seen nothing to indicate that Tomlin wants to leave nor the Steelers wanting to get rid of him. Everything looks like business is normal on the North Shore.

    Therefore, how and why are betters betting on Tomlin to the Raiders? I have to be missing something. There has to be more smoke to this fire.

    I don't see it happening. He is an East Coast guy, doesn't his son go to University of Maryland?

    It's just people putting 2 and 2 together.

    Ben is leaving. Colbert is leaving. Gruden is gone. Tomlin was a Gruden assistant.

    To some people that equals out to Tomlin coaching the Raiders. :shrug:

    Fact of the matter is Tomlin isn't going anywhere.

    because that’s what bettors do. They’ll bet on anything. They bet on the coin toss before the sb.

    Does this mean Tomlin is taking over for Belichick?

    Of course. We used to bet on what the next play call in random ganes was going to be. There has to be some logic going into betting though.

    What are the odds? There’d have to be a big payout on this prop.

    For the bookie maybe, but nobody with even a half a brain will place that bet without any tangible evidence. But with the odds of 7-1 and +200 it's obvious people are placing that bet.

    These odds are directed at people who bet but are clueless as to how the Steelers org operates.

    Let's see...
    Steelers = Job for life
    Raiders = 12 coaches in 20 years.

    Hahaha

    Give us Carr, 3 1st round picks, this year's 2nd and 4th.

    LOL. Still wouldn't happen. This is the Redskins trade all over again. Just wishful thinking from Raider fans (and some Steeler fans).
