I may have to revise my prediction regarding the Browns this weekend. They just put eight players on the COVID list yesterday, and they are on a short week with the game against the Raiders Saturday.

If none of the players on the COVID list are available, Cleveland would be without both offensive tackles, both guards, all three tight ends, and Jarvis Landry.

Didn’t they have a situation last year where Covid knocked out the entire WR corps?

I think they had one of their backups, but the rest of their receivers that game were practice squad guys. If I remember correctly, they lost.

I heard Baker is also going on the list by tomorrow. They are in deep doo doo. And the NFL is stating they haven't had any discussions about postponing the game.

Honestly, I'm not sure having to replace Mayfield with Keenum is that big of a deal. Missing guys up front is a very big deal for that team.

I've been saying that all year.
Last time I said I thought Keenum was actually better than Baker I got a bunch of disagrees, and laughs. I guess they love his 2603 yards 13 tds, and 7 ints. Funny. LOL. Yet they Hate Ben's 3066 yards 19 tds,and 7 ints.
Some even said they rather have Baker over Ben. LoL.

Too bad for the Brown's, Keenum is out now with Covid. Nick Mullins gets the start against the Raiders.

I sure hope the Browns make Mayfield the highest paid player in the NFL

Ben is still a quality QB behind a competent Oline. He's too old to use his legs to compensate for a pathetic Oline but if he has a few seconds, he can lead a team with the best of them.

So, I am guessing we still root for Denver over Cincy? Really a shame we didn't split with the Bengals or else we would have an edge in this division. No doubt Baltimore and Cleveland miss the playoffs.

Covid protocol broke our momentum. Facts, we are still winning today and next week we will be in a playoff spot which is even better. Have faith, believe and yes we are still the team to beat.
