troit gonna be in da house!! so it's chili again. taking another one for the team. STD has gotta eat baked fish too. we have to keep this train rolling, heading for first place in the division.

On the subject of eating. Next life I'm a African crocodile. They only eat twice a year. I noticed my wife and I are always asking what's for dinner. Eating is fun but the older we get the more we hate the preparation and clean up.

Since I ate nothing during the Bears game, I'll eat nothing during the Lion game since I have to find a place to watch it.

 

Think I’m going to toss a hanger steak in the sous vide then sear it tomorrow.

 

What is Detroit known for?

I know Chicago and New York are famous for their style pizza. Never heard of Detroit style pizza. Do they put crack on it?

Usually don't eat a lot during the 1 o'clock games if I eat breakfast. After the win I will have Spanish Chicken and Rice for dinner.

Been Using Crappie, but Cod works well with this recipe.

Speaking of Cod fish . I worked a a fish plant(UniSea) in Dutch Harbor, AK. many years ago. For a time my job was to pick the worms out of the Cod fillets before they went into the freezer. To say the least I would miss a few worms.

Keeping it simple with some loaded Nachos.

 

Doesn't bother Me one bit. I worked many restaurants as a teen ...I'm sure You probably eat out ...unlike Me...You would be surprised at what happens 2 your food, and Nachos at times, by some sick F**ks... is Why I don't eat out. 97 % of fish I eat , I catch, and clean, or drink beer while a buddy cleans.
