Say what you want about Ben…our receivers drop way too many passes.

Our receivers drop a lot of passes that are right on the numbers.

Also, fans of every team except for a few whine about their QB when they aren’t perfect. Look around the league this year with all the young QBs and backup QBs starting. Most of them suck.

I know Steelers fans cry about Ben year after year, but we should also cry about our overrated receivers, having 2nd and 3rd stringers starting on our o-line (with some of them now hurt), and the clear fact that our offense moves the ball much better when we aren’t doing all of the pre-snap movement stuff from Canada’s offense. Bens no huddle without the cute stuff seems to be more effective.

I’d cut Ebron tomorrow he is useless and dropped two more balls today again.

The key to any good Qb play is to be able to hit wr in stride, Iam not sure what has happened to Ben’s accuracy ? Father Time has caught up fast.

I’m sure the Ben advocates here can explain it to you. I sure as hell can’t. Base on today, I’d argue he’s 4th in the division.

Father time and lack of practices with receivers is catching up with them. They are so out of sync.

They’d catch more if Ben didn’t throw hospital passes all of the time . Seriously the WRs take a beating because of what they’re asked to do on this offense

Plays like àss for 3 quarters then accumulates yards in garbage time and people claim he played well

How about win/loss against the AFCN over-rated qbs?

By my count, Claypool dropped 2 or 3, McLoud 1 maybe 2, Tight ends Ebron 2 or 3, Muth 1. Najee 3 passes. Way too many drops. On top of that we got 7 to 10 times the QB and receivers are not in sync each other. Way too much miss communications with QB and receivers. Ben and Najee look like making a simple swing pass look a lot harder then it should be. Ben not being accurate is also compounding this, but does he ever practices anymore.

As 3/4 of the NFL QBs train in the off-season it’s not a secret that Ben doesn’t even touch a football. He even says so. He doesn’t touch a football from the last game until the first day of camp. Well last year they put out that hype video that he was back and well here we are. Imagine the the Lombardies the Steelers could have if Ben trained like Brady and Manning.

Anyone who has watched the last 10 to 15 Steeler games can't say Ben has been consistently even average. Except for the second half of the Indy game late last year, when has he been adequate? You can't defend his poor play by blaming everything on the o-line and his receivers, although they share much of the offensive blame, and should. He continues to hold on to the ball too long, even though he no longer has the physical tools to escape and make big plays. His lack of the mobility he once had is leading to increasingly questionable and often head scratching decisions.

The guy on the left is a current Steeler receiver. The guy on the right is Lynn Swann.

STD must have had too much to drink today, he would normally rally to Ben's side.

Running the ball solves almost everything. And to do that you need a good line. ****ty line causes wr to only be able to run short routes. Then the def is only playing 15 yard or the field. Until this is fixed this offense goes nowhere. I'm not defending Ben either taking sacks and turning ball over with awful int. Things just snowball and the entire team just seems to quit

I already said what I said. In a different section. I don't have 2 repeat Myself. Though You are quite correct.
I've watch the whole game 2 twice, and anyone that's putting that whole loss on Ben IMHO either didn't watch the game , was not paying attention, or has another agenda.
I can't take away the one pick ...that's on Him, but I can take away all the drops, and 100 other problems.
