Ben is done but you have to look big picture. He shaved some years off his life to bring us to 3 Super Bowls, 2 Championships, and lots of football wins and enjoyment. 30 other teams wish they had that consistency for almost 2 decades. I want to win a Championship every year too but it's not realistic. Steelers are built on family and loyalty. They could run this like the Patriots and everybody is expendable to try to win every year. That strategy worked until Brady left and doesn't work when you stop winning Championships every year. Ben has earned the right to retire when he wants. It should've been this year but he went 12-4 last year. Who wouldn't think they still got it? Problem is the way they won majority of those games and only way Ben can really play anymore the league figured it out. Our defense has let him down in the playoffs as well given up 45+ in last two playoff games.
