Man that feels good! No ulcers and didn't age 10 years. Very happy with both offense and defense today. Still had a major bone head play on ST, wtf? What do they have to do to get them to stop with the dumb penalties? We'd be clicking in all phases if we get that straightened out.

Over all though, great game and a nice follow up to the Cincy game, starting to roll boys! :herewego: If we beat the Giants that will be huge, I want that one so bad :swordsman:

Wouldn't say it was easy,,i doubt many teams are going to drop that many balls!!Our D is still very suspect in coverage ,,could have been a nail biter..
Obviously glad we won ,but i don't think we can count on wide open guys dropping TD's every week

Couldnt agree more. This D has to solidify more and once it does, this team will be extremely dangerous.

Wallace drppoed five last week so yes it can happen. I know at least three or four of the Redskins drops were caused by the Steelers defense.

Drops happen, part of the game, should of would of could of, we had a TD negated by a penalty. That's as easy a game as I have seen in a while. I was never sweating, they never got close.

Good point ,,how many did he drop today though,,heck that one handed grab was a thing of beautyeven though it didn't count..He got his head out of his butt today and most teams don't have those many drops
My point is this team is soft in coverage and got burned for a couple easy TD's ,,except the WR's dropped them, not to mention the over throws to open guys well behind our coverage

Pretty sure the Skins only scored one touchdown today.

I was thinking the same thing finally we don't have to sweat it out in the 4th qtr depending on the defense to make a stop. We need more wins like this.

I started sweating a little when we starting sitting on the lead. After the penalty on special teams it seem like we lost our mojo. I guess i'm just use to nailbiters...

It's funny. A friend of ours has been asking us to come to their garage all season long and we just haven't yet. Anyways he has the Direct TV package and I don't. Good to know someone who does for more important games. So they called this morning and I told the wife we should go over at halftime. I'm watching the game on my HD 47" TV at my house and thinking this game I won't get stressed about anyways cause I act like a fool most of the time during close games. We decide to go over at halftime. I knock on his door and he lets me in and he has an old 13 inch analog TV with Nascar on. I'm all decked in my Steelers gear and he's watching cars go in circles. He did put the game on for us but it was hilarious nonetheless. The game never got close enough for me to care. Great people but I just can't watch my Steelers on the ole 13 inch screens anymore.

I can't watch Steelers games with anyone except the people on this board! LOL. It's just too much of a sacred experience for me to share it with a non die hard fanatic. My wife is like "you should have so and so come over and watch a game with you". and I'm like "WHAT? They don't BLEED football like me. Why would I do that"? But that's just me. Also to not watch the game on my 42inch Hd I would just cry.
