If the Steelers start on their own 25 or better..I see a quick out to Diontae J.

The optimist in me is hoping that this a fast ball to set up a curve or double move for later in the game.

I guess Ben will have to see if the CB plays off or not but an audible on the first play is a bit much. lol

    Thoughts?

Ben Roethlisberger comes out of the huddle, goes under center, then lines up in shotgun formation pointing to his wideouts to his right.

With the defense spread out, Ben snaps the ball with 4 seconds left on the play clock, fake handoffs to Harris, followed by a misdirection fake with his eyes to his left, followed by a 2 yard pass to Harris on the right hash for a gain of 2 yards.

2 and 8 on their own 27 yard line.

You know I can actually see this. I like to think that during the game if the weather is not a factor...that the Steelers spread the D out to have the pass open up for the run later in the game as long as they dont get freakishly behind early.

Ben lines up in the shotgun. Center snaps the ball over his head. He and RB stare at the ball as it bounces towards the end zone.......Hey, it could happen!

We must have been separated at birth - I was going to say exactly the same thing but with the redemption statement that Pouncey has left the building.

I saw a lot of the same offense last game as last year. Very short passing over and over. Maybe because the Bills have a good defense. But that ain't gonna cut it all year.

Ben lines up in the shotgun, takes the snap, then throws a "surprise" long bomb down the side to Dionte.

I hope we win coin toss and kick to Raiders. They 3 and out.

I'm about 95% sure our very first play will be a simple hand off to Najee for 2-3 yards.

Much smarter play then what I'm thinking. Raiders will be expecting the hand off to najee for the first play.

I feel that they will open up with a bomb to either Claypool or Johnson as other have indicated.

A Najee run to nowhere, it doesn't have to be successful. Keep pounding the ground Popcorn. :thumbs up:
