There are some folks, through no fault of their own, always seem to be in some sort of trouble or controversy.

 

Another day, Another NON Football related news item concerning a Steelers Player...Are we still a " model of consistency " run professional team!

 

Take 80 kids, many not very intelligent or well educated, give them a lot of money and fame and see how that works out for you?

Im thinking it would be easier to herd cats.

 

Domestic violence is no joke.

My Brother, and I always talk about this.
That it's a shame, but if We were given that much money at that age....We would like 2 think we wouldn't, but We'd probably be dead , or in a lot of trouble at that age.

 

That rock he bought for a wedding ring had to be way up there. Likely the thing that took hes teeth out.

Prob woudnt give her $$ for a new goochie bag, and to get her nails done

 

As others stated, good on Dwayne for not escalating the situation. That said, I do feel bad for him in the sense of going through all that emotional level of elation to find your supposed partner for life; only to be betrayed soon thereafter. Stinks overall.



I just hope this does not have any major psychological impact on him moving forward.

 

Definitley something to monitor here.

Although from the picture of the girl I'd be scared ****less.

 

I wouldn't rush to pat Haskins on the back so Quick. Sounds like his wife is taking one for the team with bruises on her body when the police arrived, but saying it was not from this fight, but an earlier one with someone else.

Sounds like they both did a little rough housing in that room when the doors were closed.

People do seem to be congratulating Haskins for not escalating things quite a bit, but that seems premature. We don't really know what happened yet, except it does seem likely that Haskins showed poor judgement yet again. Maybe that poor judgement was just putting himself in the wrong place or with the wrong people, but that matters, especially for a guy who was supposed to be read to clean up his act after immaturity was apparently a big part of why Washington gave up on him so quickly. (I know there is more to it, but still, this certainly isn't a good sign.)

 

Every City has different laws; the city I live in would have required the police to arrest both parties. Who knows what the laws are in Vegas.

So, the headlines that day would have been Dwayne Haskins arrested on suspicion of Domestic Violence.

I would say Dobbs chances of making the team just got better.

 

Haskins made a statement today, challenging the veracity of the story about the supposed domestic violence. "I athure you. My teeth are fine. I apprethiate the conthern of Thteeler Nathion. No teeth are mithing. Peath."

prayers for Haskins, I think he showed enough to be still in the game, but, I am saying here right now, Dobbs is the #3

(Domestic stuff like this is not going to be solved by training camp, again, prayers for Haskins, I think he is still in the game but its going to take time, I feel bad for him, unfortunate turn of events)

 

But if Haskins was physical with her, wouldn't the cop arrest him also?

 

If he retaliates, his career is probably over.
