“Five easy pieces” dinner scene. He wanted whole wheat toast. They didn’t serve whole wheat toast at breakfast, but you could get a Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, toasted if you like. Then it went from there.

OK, I saw that years ago. wish it would pop up on cable again. I think Karen Black was his girlfriend or wife in it. The scene I thought of was the hilarious diner scene in "The Last Detail" when they screw up Randy Quaid's lunch, and Jack goes off.

Happy? Why? How the hell do you know he learned d!ck? This is why we have these problems - no repercussions to enable reoccurrence. This wasn't his first violation he failed to learn from.

the lesson he learned is that it will be over, for a couple of weeks he was looking at least 6 months -one year in prison, now he can see daylight, so now he knows one more misstep and it will be over , even so he has to prove himself on the field and now, Trevor Williams, Shakur Brown, James Pierre, and who else, it might be over for him anyway, thats why I am sort of interested in how he responds, he gets one more chance it looks like, I dont know what type of action the league or the front office will take, maybe community service and probation will be enough of a consequence

The title of this thread makes me think of that old Carmen San Diego game show. If the contestants won the game they would sing Carmen San Diego's in jaaaaaaaail.

    Is Nelson still unsigned?

I guess right now he is just hoping to play for league minimum?

Only thing is he still has camp Injury time to get more money. He is one of those guys who have experience and is 1 injury away from getting paid more than what the market has already stated he is worth.. It happens almost every year .

so your basically saying you think he is garbage
the long striding I think poses a problem for him, he just does not have the quick feet like Haden, also his arm tackling is weaker than my mom's coffee

Not garabage, but just serviceable ,not what he thinks he is worth .I agree with your evaluation , but he probably gets more money than he desrves somewhere because of a better player than him getting hurt.. It's part of the game I guess it doesn't mean I have to like it..

    So be it.

2022 CB Class is already shaping up to be memorable anyways; Derek Stingley Jr leading the way. Even beyond him though, a RIDICULOUS level of talent and depth behind.... in the early reviewing period.

More to come from yours truly!! :drinks:

every day you see a new DB signing: Lamont Wade, Arthur Maulet plus Shakur Brown are there others ? they are bringing in DBs, Wade and Maulet look v good pick ups at least for depth
