He's not big, or fast, but he has good ball skills. With the selection of Tre Norwood in the 7th rd, or the many UDFA guys they signed in the secondary, I think one or two of these guys will stick.

PFF and NFL Network had a 4th rd grade on Brown, that’s a pretty good get for a UDFA. It’s just his speed thats lacking so I agree, stick him in the slot.

One of the biggest steals in the class... of any team. He is tailor made for the slot as he is not just a ballpark but scrappy to boot. I would imagine him earning that slot corner position in no time.

Regarding Tre Norwood, the team has stated he will be moved to safety. Given the fact that there is little to no depth there, I say it is a good move. I still would want to acquire someone like Malik Hooker but I believe that, never mind his injury history, the team is going to roll with what it has heading into Training Camp.

Are there any 6' 2" slot corners?

None that I am aware of. Height makes it hard to be one as gravity and leverage become your biggest enemy with such sudden changes of direction. If Acy somehow ends up making the team... that will be quite the story there.

L’Jarius Sneed is 6’1 195lb and played the slot for the Chiefs very successfully last season, made PFF All Rookie team. He is very much the exception though, and I think his future is on the perimeter in any case

Hope you're right. Steelers need some good news at DB this offseason.
