If he really is 252lbs, on a 6'5 frame, that is a very svelte 252lbs then!!!

Pro Football Reference has him at 246lbs.

Lol, yeah. Roster measurements aren't exactly bastions of accuracy, especially between publications. Watt's got a good frame and muscle mass for his position, and he's obviously had success with it. Others can carry a little more, some less. (I'll take TJ staying where he is.)

Never said they were good sir! Just reporting what I have seen. Agreed though about the varying degrees of info on pubs.

All I am stating is that Roche will be fine in the pros. He is a good athlete but is arguably the most technically gifted rusher in the class. I will take good athleticism with outstanding technics, great instincts with the IQ to match 9/10 over a supercharged athlete a la Jayson Oweh.

Happy to see Shakur Brown on his way to the Steelers. Very instinctive player. Could become a nice slot corner.

RAS Score is 6.74 as a Corner or 6.38 as a Free Safety.

its done and... we did what we needed to do. because of unknowns, B/B+ draft for me, but I am energized, arrow up. Quincy Roche sounds like a 38 yr old w a family to feed, i am liking this draft, 4 offense 4 defense and a punter (Ray Guy winner, best punter in the country) I still think Berry starts next year

Scored a 7.74 RAS as a Strong Safety. Had him going undrafted myself. That said, would be quite the Special Teams ace.

I get your position. I wasn't commenting to Roche, per se, just the individual weight specifics you and @steelersrule6 were debating over. My point being a specific OLB's weight doesn't necessarily spell success/failure for their efficacy in the pros.

I'm looking forward to Roche's growth with the Steelers.

    As am I.

If anything, Roche reminds me a bit of Highsmith really. Highsmith was the superior athlete coming out but Roche has better technics with a slightly better toolbox.

    Quite the UFDA Class!!

Shakur Brown though is the highlight for me as I had him as an Early Day 3 selection. Oddly enough, his inability to be drafted ends Michigan State's 80+ Year Streak of at least one player drafted in the NFL....

    ... Insane.

Given the fact that Nick Sirianni played Rock, Paper, Scissors to find out how competitive a player is, you may be right!!!

I am REALLY CONVINCED Nick Sirianni is nothing more than a mouthpiece for Howie Roseman at this point. Quite possibly the most ridiculous Draft Strategy I have ever heard.

Lloyd played in a different era, he wouldn't be able to play OLB in the NFL today IMO, Porter wasn't under 250lbs.

Yeah I saw that. Well at least someone gave him a chance. He won a lineman award at one of the all star games. I hope he makes it

Other than Brown you think there's any potential in the DBs in that group?
