He was driving 29 miles over the speed limit, at 3 am, on a suspended license, with a loaded and unregistered firearm, while high.

You can’t have a loaded pistol in your car without a permit, even if he did he’s most likely a PA resident and the CCW doesn’t reciprocate in Ohio. You can’t have a loaded rifle period in your vehicle. Also you don’t register firearms in Ohio or most states. You
Might have to now in PA but I’m not sure .I grew up in WV so I know what you mean about firearms and how it wasn’t a big deal back then, everyone had a gun in the window of a truck. but brushing up on the laws can keep people outta trouble and not hurt responsible owners. Wonder if the failure to appear which led to the warrant was due to the Pandemic. Not an excuse because you still should make sure on any legal summons to check in but I'd hate to try to do anything at the local or federal court level.

Agree. Young folks always do stupid chit, I did my share too. It is easy to say what you would have done but never been in that situation. We have some choir boys on here I guess, I was not one of those when I was young. Just didn't get caught and when I did, I got a break.
