The 17 game season for 2021 has not been approved yet

Sad to say, but this is a pretty realistic outcome.

Maybe Steelers go 1-10-6 and everybody else goes 0-11-6? An AFC North fit to be tied.

Yup. I correctly predicted 12-4, but unless this offseason goes quite a bit differently than it looks like it’s going to go, I will not be predicting double digit wins for 2021.

So hard to figure out what will actually happen until after the draft at least to see what we get and then who we keep of the FA's. Regardless, it is so hard to get excited for the next season after what just happened. Never seen such a collapse in all my years. I think I hit rock bottom after we went 11-0 and then later lost to the Bungals being double digit favorites and against their back up QB. Without a regime change, I am not sure if I can get back the optimism that I once had when the seasons started. We'll see. I do have faith in KC to get most of the pieces needed in place but that is as far as it will go. It will be interesting to see how this all turns out though.

8-8 next year; 10-6 the year after when Claypool emerges as a superstar.

I also predicted 12-4 for 2020. Granted, how I thought it would go was far different! :lolol:

Do not see us cap sizing like that to conclude the season!!

What are my expectations for the next year or two?!

2021: Check back with me after May 1st, 2021.

2022: Check back with me if Dwayne Haskins is still on the Roster by then.

The meat of our success will be back next year most likely. Ben, Cam, TJ, Minkah, Claypool & even Popcorn. 10 wins & a playoff appearance.

Expectations? I fully expect to read all the complaints from some “fans” on here regardless of who our coach is, who the QB is and what our record is, unless it’s 16-0 and every game was won by 3 TD’s, no turnovers, or penalties.

I predicted 7-9. Steelers played like a 7-9 team in December, so I was right.

    Based on what?!

Last time I checked NFL.com, the 2020 Pittsburgh Steelers Regular Season record was 12-4. There is no 7-9 that I see next to their record.

Might as well been 7-9. Worst collapse in NFL history and it had to be the Steelers.

The 1993 Miami Dolphins had a far worse collapse if I recall. 1996 saw Washington in a similar one. Last notable one though was the 2012 Chicago Bears; winning their first seven of eight before dropping all but two of their final eight.

    Yuck!!

If they want to compete next year the offense needs to be more like 1992, I just don't think Ben will buy into that. If not, 6-7 wins with that schedule.

Too many variables in place at this point to make any predictions,
I know what I would like to see happen but it won't so I won't bother
you all with it.. Lets just say it would involve Matthew Stafford.

Matthew Statsford :puking: Me no like. If we don't go with Ben ...I hope we go with Rudolph , maybe Haskins, or draft someone. Unless your team is complete, bringing in a overpriced Qb will only put you farther in a hole. If your team is complete. Bringing in a overpriced Qb will only work for a year , or 2. Then you have 2 blow it all up again. I mean don't take my word for it . Just go look at the last 20 years. Yet everyone wants 2 do it anyway. :beathorse:
