The Lions are looking to move on from him per Adam Schefter, the Colts would be a good spot for him.

Yep, I could see the Colts making a big push for him. NE might be interested as well

This is a big fish, almost as big as Watson. I hope the Steelers pursue either one.
When you make a deal like this you will have to give up plenty. Steelers should be
thinking what plenty means to them.

I can see the patriots jumping on this one and using him as a bridge until they find their next franchise qb...…… The lions should be ashamed of themselves.... They wasted barry sanders' and megatron's years and now Stafford's, among many others

IMO . They didn't waste anyone's careers. They could have went 2 another team anytime. Other players do it all the time. So I always think of it as....they wasted their careers. Maybe . Maybe some of them were afraid that they would be less on another team, or seen that maybe it was just them. I don't know the answer, but I do know they could have just left.

Sanders and Megatron did just leave...…. via early retirement.. Megatron even was quoted as being tired of being on a losing team.... and now Stafford is leaving via trade demand

Colts would be the perfect fit for Stafford. That said, the Lions price tag has to come down. While Stafford has not taken nearly as bad of a beating as Big Ben, he has had his fair share of injuries; repeated A/C Joint Sprains earlier in his career being the highlight despite that happening over a decade ago to him.

Should the asking price go down for Stafford, Indy should take the chance. It is still unknown if Jacob Eason will be the guy for them moving forward.
