Rivers isn't even in the convo.. dudes played in the same amount of conference championship games as Blake Bortles and case keenum and he's been in the league longer than those 2 combined. Hes a professional loser

I thought the first allegation was prior to 2009 but she didn’t bring the accusation until July 2009, incident took place in 2008.

But I was also referring to the stories about Ben around Pittsburgh, weren’t the most flattering. Not sure if they took place before or after. I thought before.

Best career would have to be Big Ben. Has the stats and rings. Eli really only has the SB MVPs over him. I still think a defensive player should have won it both times. While Ben had to throw a dart to Holmes to win the game.

But talent wise, I think I'll have to give that to Rivers because he's had the best stats out of the 3... Imagine if he had a competent managed team like the Giants/Steelers had.

Or maybe if the team had a better Qb. Hell he had top 3 running game ,and top 3 Defense for awhile. What else did he( Rivers) need. This is a common theme for people that think this Guy or that Guy should have won a SB...
Cause he has stats. You know what stats don't say. When a Td was thrown, a pick was thrown, or when all the yards were thrown. All of those things when
    they happen,.... not that they
    happen.. usually matter.
Not attacking U ...your post just reminded me of that.

If they were shooting free throws, that isn't much of an accomplishment.

Pro bowls mean nothing they vote people in (3) 10 QBs say no and eventually someone like Sam Darnold gets a pro bowl stat

Eli Manning. He and Joe Flacco were able to defeat the ultimate enemy, Brady and the Patriots. 2 Super Bowl MVPs... 2 defeats of the evil empire in the biggest game. Roethlisberger is 2nd place... Rivers 3rd. It's not even close.

Ben is one of the most talented qbs ever for people saying rivers, nah. Rookie of the year and still the youngest ever super bowl winning qb.

When he was on it was scary, most 500 yard passing games by a qb, back to back games with 6 td passes. could you imagine if he actually took care of himself like other guys ? Natural ability and talent you can’t name many better.

If he had invested that 'ball' energy on the field just think how far he would have gotten.

Taking care of himself yes, but also the team taking care of him with a decent line. Yes he held the ball to long, but during his most potent years his line often sucked and he took a ton of hits and sacks.

Some of rivers better stats probably has something to do with playing his entire career in San Diego .

This is a truly terrible argument for so many reasons. Quarterbacks don't win games by themselves. Your entire argument is based on only two games, and Manning wasn't that great in either of them. The Giants' defense won both of those games, especially the first one.

Other than your desire to be down on the Steelers at all times, I don't understand how anybody looks at the careers of Roethlisberger and Manning and thinks Manning was better.

But let's look at some numbers. If you want to stick with the foolishness about quarterback's records, the Steelers are 156-74-1 in games started by Roethlisberger. The Giants were 117-117 in games started by Manning.

Roethlisberger has a better career completion percentage, 64.4 to 60.3. He has an edge in passing yards, 60,348 to 57,023, despite attempting nearly 300 fewer passes in his career. That is because Roethlisberger averages 7.7 yards per attempt, while Manning only had 7.0 per attempt.

Roethlisberger has also thrown 30 more touchdowns, 396 to 366, and 43 fewer interceptions, 201-244. His touchdown percentage is higher and his interception percentage is lower.

Roethlisberger is streaky, but even he isn't as inconsistent as Manning was throughout his career. The only category in which Manning ever led the NFL was interceptions. He did that three times. Roethlisberger did it once, in 2018, but he has also led the league in passing yards twice and completions once.

Roethlisberger to this point has been better than Eli Manning was, and honestly, it's not even close.

Stats...schmats. I go by quality and amount of Super Bowl wins. Eli's Super Bowl wins were much more impressive than Roethlisberger's. With the exception of the final drive vs AZ when Santonio Holmes was epic...Ben was mediocre in Super Bowls....and at times downright terrible.

As far as I'm concerned... Bradshaw is still the best Steelers QB of all time due to Super Bowl performances. Not stats.

Judging a player by two games (Manning) or four (Bradshaw) is lazy and foolish. Your argument is bad and you should feel bad.

Ben and Eli both have 2 rings but what gives Ben the edge ... are the individual records and accomplishments. Poor Rivers ... he was outstanding in college though ... lol
