Turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and pecan pie. Probably will have a bunch of family come over for dinner before the game. Wait...wife and mother still in isolation until Friday. Maybe I'll have hotdogs.

We're cooking a duck. Duck a L'Orange, to be exact.
It'll be just myself, my wife and the kids. Only two meat eaters among us though.

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, cranberry sauce, and etc. By the time the game kicks off I should be just finishing round 2.

Turkey, cornbread/bread stuffing mix with sausage, mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts with bacon, lobster bisque as an app. My wife is making pumpkin pie for dessert, but I don't have a sweet tooth so more turkey and fixins for me for dessert.

Take out Turkey and Stuffing dinner from Bob Evan’s. I know this sounds un-American but for just two of us it’s not practical to cook a whole turkey. And quite frankly, Bob Evan’s is very good.

Check back in a few weeks when I make Christmas dinner for Mrs Me’s family. Now that’s better.

If God meant for that combination, he would have given ducks big, orange balls. Just say no.

Not to be mean but I believe you were having troubles a few games ago. You said you have to lose some poundage if I recall. It seems you are about to eat half the State of Texas. May I advise a nice creamy yogurt with some almonds and raisin and sugar free iced tea. Enjoy your day my friend.

The normal turkey dinner which I only have once a year since I am not a fan of the turkey. I did almost kill one with a golf shot a few years back. Knocked the sucker silly.

Mostly I'll spend the day pissed because the Steelers are playing so late.

It's an orange sauce reduction by the time the duck sees it. No balls, and it's delicious.

Damn that looks good. I only had duck once. Bit greasy for me. Ducks live right beside me so should the world go crazy I'll have food for awhile.

Peking duck is good if you have a higher end Chinese restaurant or live near a China town. You may have to order ahead.

That's a google photo. When I'm cooking, results may vary.
Duck has a layer of fat right under the skin, that's what makes it greasy. That layer of fat has to be rendered out during the cooking process in order to have a nice juicy duck with crisp skin. The rendered fat makes an excellent gravy.

Looks delicious, but if God wanted fruit and meat together, ducks would be growing on trees.
