Depends on what he's asking for. I'm not sure if any quarterback in the league should be getting paid more than Tom Brady (as the standard) w/o at least one Super Bowl win. Dak only has one playoff win and was trying to get $175 in four years. He was offered $175 in 5. I wouldn't pay him more than $23. A $35 million salary to one person kinda cripples your salary cap so you can only give that to a superstar QB which Dak is not. He'll have one more year to prove himself to Dallas and everybody else after this season.

That is what I've been hearing from people, "I bet you are rooting for eagles this week." Of course I want Raven losses but have to say I won't be upset if they beat the hell out of eagles.

You gotta bring back the cat avatar. That was good luck for the Steelers. Fat Ben ain't gonna cut it.

He will. Question is who?! Only real answer I can see is the Cleveland Browns in all honesty. Baker Mayfield is a good but not great QB. Dak has shown to have flashes of greatness but only when he has to perform "Hero Ball" feats to do so.

Of the two, Dak Prescott is a better fit for Cleveland than Baker Mayfield. For that matter, him and Kevin Stephanski would be the perfect compliment to one another.

    Hey steelersrule6.

Yes, to Le'Veon Bell. What was he thinking? And to go to the Jets? Come on! One did not need a crystal ball to see that his career was basically over as far as production and a chance at winning a championship. Well, sometimes second chances are granted. He seems to have gotten one as now he is a Chief. He is in a much better place. Many on this Board are saying he is washed up.

I may be in the minority here but I think many here are basing their opinions from emotion about Bell. They are angry the way he left and I do not blame them. However, he owed us nothing at the time because he was not under contract. However, he did string everyone along with his weekly updates as to when he was going to sign the Franchise Tag which we know never happened. That was not cool.

This is why I think Bell is going to possibly prove the nay-sayers wrong:

    • He is only 28 years old. Still some prime years left.

    • In the last three years he really only played one full season so there is very little wear and tear on his tires.

    • He played for the Jets. Some around here do not seem to get it. He was doomed from the start. Do not let his Jet's performance fool you to his ability. We know what Bell can do on a decent team.

    • He is going to K.C. who is a decent team. They are not the Jets. Night and day difference.

If I am a betting man, my money is on Bell for a productive return. And again as I have stated numerous times in the past here, if the opportunity presented itself I would have taken him back. His antics were forgivable IMO. In comparison to Antonio Brown they were not as bad.
