Mine too. David Gilmour, Roger Waters and Nick Mason all still tour, but separately. Within the last couple years, anyway.

 

I use Pink Floyd for memory rejuvenation.

 

I will never ever forget seeing them in Sun Devil Stadium with a full moon. The night went on forever in that mountain desert.

We boycotted Woodstock

 

It's the least I can do for inspiring us all with the "What's Cooking" thread on game day. It sort of motivates most of us to plan ahead and do something more exotic than Ramen Noodles and Boones Farm each week.

 

This is no laughing matter. No participation Trophies in this game.

 

Caught the Division Bell concert at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The stage backdrop on that tour was a giant inflatable "Hollywood Bowl" shell in honor of their epic 1973 Dark Side of the Moon Hollywood Bowl concert that I also caught which kicked off the release of Dark Side. Never could have imagined how many copies that would sell over the next 4+ decades.

 

Another Master has left us.

 

I can’t remember the 60’s either

 

Make sure you open the chips the night before, then at the post party presser you can say, "I know chips are supposed to be fresh and crisp, but today they were stale, and we take responsibility for that."

 

Today is my birthday, and the only thing I can remember is I spent all of the 60s in the Army, a horrible time it was....

What could possibly say PARTY louder than The Pink Floyd?

 

Maybe if we call the party ...The Non Losing Season Party more people would show up....8-8 sounds so mediocre. Non losing is so much more positive....

 

Division Bell was a great tour, I indulged in that one myself. I made many stops on the '87-'89 Momentary lapse of reason tour. So many stops, that it almost seemed like Pink Floyd was following me around.
The Dark side tour was before my time, but I've seen Roger Waters perform it live in more recent times.
