All I have to stay is stay away Glass Conner and let Snell be the main guy moving forward the rest of this season. The combo of Snell, Samuels, and Whyte is good enough to produce in this running game and win you games running the football down the stretch these last 4 games.

It’s also nice not having an agonizing fumble in the 4th quarter as well

I Really like Snell but it's hard to just throw in the towel like that on Conner. I mean it's not like an injury is something you willingly do. Snell has his shot now. Let Conner heal and see how he does. One thing I do know about Snell is that he takes very good care of the ball.

When healthy, Connor and Snell are practically the same runner, with Connor having the slightest advantage as far as explosiveness...... This has the making of a very good 1-2 punch with Samuels as a 3rd down specialist

If both are equally healthy Connor is the better Back!!!!

I used to get angry watching Franco run out of bounds so often instead of fighting for that one more yard....... well, he was the smart one!!!

Backs take such a pounding punishment they need to learn when to hit and fight for another yard and when to just let the play end.... Connor runs with such an abandonment he is likely to get injured on every play. If he was a little smarter and deliberate with his running style we’d all be better off!!

It seems all Conner does is heal. May not be willingly but it is constant and on-going problem.

IMO Conner will not last long in the NFL. No way this guy plays a 16 game season. Nothing against him but the injury bug has bitten him bad.

Conner can still be a productive back here. He’s just not the bell cow some had envisioned and the coaching staff will have to realize it too. Snell should only get better with a year of conditioning under his belt. Having a stable of Conner,Snell and Samuels isn’t too shabby. They just need to be used where they share the load. Maybe it’s Nix next year we have to reconsider? He’s rarely used anyway and he always seems to be banged up as well. More two back sets next year utilizing deception as opposed to Nix’s brute force. Keep Whyte around as the 4th RB. He has untapped potential in this offense.

Running back by committee isn't always a terrible thing. Patriots have been successful with it for a long time.

I really like Whyte he brings the home run speed dimension that Conner, Snell, and Samuels don't have.

Agree. Steelers did this well in 1995 after Barry Foster left... with Bam Morris and Eric Pegram.

I like what I see in Snell, but we don't know about his durability yet. Splitting time might keep both men healthy. It is sad to see JC's talent shelfed due to numerous injuries, though.

Conner is a superior all-around back, but I definitely trust Snell. When healthy, they're a great 1-2 monster out of the backfield.

It doesn't matter who is running the ball. All that matters is the O-line. You heard it here first

    1-2 punch imo.

run snell and have conner in the pass formation. conner tweaked ankle
have snell and conner on each side and fake to snell give to conner. shoulder injury to conner
have conner fake a run and do a flea flicker. seperated finger from the toss
conner can sub out for jaylen for a breather but conner dislocates his pelvis from sitting on the bench

it will be like parker/bus combo

The reason Kentucky had such a good season last year was because if they had a lead with a few minutes left in the game it was over. Snell would just grind out 3, 4, 6 yard gains until he ran the clock out.

How did I forget him? That was one of the best RB corps we ever had.

When I was 10 year old kid I would listen to Myron say John L Williams, here I thought he was saying Janelle Willliams, I thought why did his parents give him such a girly name?

Whyte is the change of pace back that we need. Fitchner should study A. Reid offense to learn how to use him.
