BA

I just fail to see how comparing the draft with BA and without is some kind of taboo topic to some of you.

The title of the thread is BA....who was surprised when they clicked on it..and it was about....wait for it.................BA!!!!!

and for those who don't think that the coordinators have any say in the drafting are way off....the are not the final word...but they are involved...if not why would the front office pay for all those plane tickets flying coordinators around the country to attend pro days and workouts......Plane tickets..perdiems, hotel rooms .....all for the ruse to throw off the other teams from noticing where the head coach and FO personnel really are


again..if you dont want to talk about BA please just dont click on the "BA" thread....or comment 4 or 5 times in it before you decide you are above the conversation

Hypocrites calling out hypocrites, this is so funny, some of you people make such fools of yourselves. BA was a coach here last year the fact that BA and his threads are steeler related is right in front of your face, we haven't played even a preseason without him, so topics about him are definitley steeler related.

It's funny, people want to knock people who still wonder about BA like there's something wrong with them for not letting it go, but then you in turn can't get over that.








Anyone who makes a toaster joke or ever has is one of the lamest people ill never meet.(kind of like mark Cuban)
I know there ment to down play other people's "uninteresting" posts, but their just lame.......and not even close to funny.

 

Just goes to prove that BA was/is a polarizing figure even after he's gone. BTW, lighten up on the toaster thing. It was just some folks having fun. There are probably more important things for you to be passionate about. Just sayin...

Has anyone noticed that this Message Board has turned into a Message Book. I don't care but I am getting my reading fix with this topic, just like all Pittsburghers we have a very opinionated views.

Because I was doing what you do on a message board, discussing a topic. At first I was expressed my amazement that BA threads are still popping up, then an opinion that GM's decide who does and doesn't get drafted, then a little further down Hack made the notion people should just not click on a topic they don't want to read (a fair point) but I felt if it were in the right forum, myself and others wouldn't have to ignore it. From there my posts have been light hearted, so not really sure where you are getting the hate thing If people are going to insist on blaming BA for volcano eruptions on Mt Vesuvius then I'm going to continue to post how silly the idea is. I think you've made your point though. You don't like the topic. And, for whatever reason, you don't believe the topic belongs in this section. I don't think anyone would insist that you move a thread to another section if it was about Hines Ward or James Farrior. So why BA? It's as if you're saying you have no self control so we all need to police ourselves and not post topics that you don't like (especially if they're posted in this section) because you may have to "take a peek", as you say.

You're fixated on one fraction of this thread that I said it doesn't belong here. What about the several other posts I alluded to in my last answer to you? Don't go acting like I'm beating a drum not to post here, it was 1 or two replies. Truth be told, I don't really give a flying monkey that BA was in this forum, I didn't take that angle until it was mentioned that you shouldn't look if you don't like the topic. If it were in the right forum, I wouldn't have to avoid it, thats the only point I was making. While we are on the topic of avoiding posts, why are you respondig to mine if you don't like what I have to say? Just ignore it. Works both ways chief.

Go back and find where I ever told Mac to post in the right forum, I was responding to someone else which I already explained to you, not going to waste my time explaining it again. I am still waiting for those claiming that it is more the HC and GM than the coordinators making the decisions to explain how they wasted a 2nd and 3rd pick on TE's when they have holes every where on that team. Even if you go with Burgh's theory about surrounding Luck with weapons there were better weapons available in the 3rd then drafting a second TE. They don't even have a starting center anymore so if someone can explain how that isn't BA's fingerprints on the draft I would like to know.

 

Tomlin_Era, can I still talk about Hines Ward on this mb although he's retired? Please advise. Thanks
