snack, unless they pickup another guy, it looks like paulson and johnson&johnson will be the picks for FB. i think either of the newbies will be better at everything then current johnson.

Had 5 chances to get him and passed. Instead we got Will Johnson and this guy:

When it comes to being a fullback, how much do you like that, how much have you done and what do you think of that role if called upon?
I played some fullback at the East-West Shrine game. I played it in the backfield a little bit here at Oregon, not a true fullback but kind of a split-back look, but I don’t have that much experience doing it. I’m willing to do whatever it is to help the team win.

Sounds just like every other guy we've tried since Kreider. Those guys have all failed miserably in every aspect of the game, including their primary job of lead blocking, and their secondary job of receiving/running, which is what we sacrificed the blocking for (but they have a better 40 time than Kreider! So they were good moves, right??). I was hoping BA being gone would change this. With more of the same moves, I wonder if the results will be different this year. I honestly hope it does. They are clearly doing it wrong, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Maybe one of these guys will be the stopped clock that happens to be good at lead blocking even though he’s never really done it and it’s not his thing, but he was drafted to do it anyway.
