Christmas Fallout Thread - Steelers Style

So what Steelers stuff did you get this year?

I usually get quite a bit, and although my 11 year old son got several Steelers items, I just got one, but with a little bit of a story.

My wife ordered this shirt, custom made, the day before Shazier got hurt. Obviously she had no idea about what would happen, but it makes it a little more special to be able to wear to support #Shalieve.





What kind of stuff did you guys get for Christmas this year?

 

Wife got me a watt jersey. She was mad when it arrived, after realizing it was a Chinese knockoff. I told her it is fine, and most people would never know. Still love it

 

Funny story. I asked for a Harrison Jersey because I felt my Troy jersey was bringing me bad luck earlier this season, since Troy had some bad blood the way he left the team.

Yesterday Harrison gets released.

I really like your Shazier shirt. That injury is still bothering me.

I've reached an age where I stop buying Pittsburgh sports stuff although I am an avid fan of all three teams. I grew up when the Pirates were the king of the Burgh so I have their symbol tattooed on my arm. Now, I really wished I had gotten the winners in Pittsburgh, Steelers and Penguins.

 

My wife got me good this year. Said she was tired of hearing me complain so she got me a mitchell autograph ball. With a note that says. See, he can hold on to a ball.

At least it was wrapped in a shazier shirt

 

I am thinking of getting #7 of this thing

 

How can you tell and what site did she get it?

 

Ha ha, yeah I opened a #92 color rush jersey.

 

Not sure what site. She couldn't even find it again. Not totally sure on how close they are to the original. Haven't seen a Nike one up close lately. All my other ones are Reebok

 

OMG I was pretty lucky, I told the wife I do not want any NY Met stuff(hold the jokes plz) this year as I am so pissed at them. So she loaded up on new Steeler clothes. I got new Sweatpants, and 4 new shirts and the youngest boy got me the Juju Karma shirt. I got a new desk top calander and a TJ Watt Jersey. I am sporting the new sweats today for the game with my new Bell shirt.

I also got a couple drinking glasses and a Steelers folding chair for Baseball games and camp. But the best gift I got was from the granddaughter and it was a coffe cup that she(with help from mom and dad) made herself and it reads you steelers my heart. Every other letter is black and yellow.......I will try to post pics as it is too cute not to share!

I'm nuts for Nike Dri-fit stuff so my wife hooked me up with a ton of WVU golf shirts and t-shirts...

and the official team wear Steelers grey sweats and sweat shirt. Great score this year

 

Definitely post a pic of that cup, NY. Those are always the best gifts to get.

 

My 10 year old son got some Steeler gear (Mini helmet, AFC Championship coin, football). I didn't get anything, however last week I did sell a piece of old equipment for $900, and I have earmarked that money towards a family trip to a Steelers game next year.

 

I got a nice Steelers jacket. Don't have any other fleece-like jacket like it so I'm happy.

 

My wife bought me Steeler sunglasses.

 

Priceless

 

A nice easy relaxing win. That's what I got.

 

And we needed that lol, my heart can't take no more
