RIP Sir Roger Moore

    Passed away at 89. While many never approved of him replacing Sean Connery as 007, I always liked him and thought his wink at the audience humor was nicely done. Liked him as the Saint years earlier on TV as well. He was the oldest Bond at 57 in View To A Kill (great song by Duran Duran) and played in the most episodes - 7. He was very athletic and did most of his own stunts. He was knighted not for acting but for his years of charity work focused on India's poverty. Classy guy to the end.
