Yesterday's Festivities

So I was initially bummed about them moving the game because I had people coming over. But then 86WardsWay said it gave me more time to invite more people. Well I did one better! Not only did I invite more people, but I also had time to setup my backyard as a tailgate party and watched the game on my 12 x 12 Foot garage door. 2 Burn Barrels kept us warm, lots of beer and food. Good times in 20 degree weather. I'm glad they changed it to 8:20!! Here a pic of the yard during the Dallas game before most people got there.

I was just about to ask how anyone could sit down during the game but then I saw you had the Cheese heads Vs. Cryboys game on.

It's an old Mitsubishi LVP-390U. It's not HD or anything (not that you need that outside on a garage) but it works great. Old company I worked for was throwing a few of them out because they didn't work. I took one got a new bulb for it and it worked like a champ! Great to watch football games and movies outside!

 

Yeah the Dallas game was used to eat drink and play cornhole on the Steeler cornhole boards. It was pretty much standing room only during the Steeler game. We had it pretty loud too! My neighbors must think I'm nuts.

 

My neighbors quit thinking I was nuts years ago during Steelers games. They know it for sure now.

My wife and I (and Sophie, our dachshund) watching a Steelers game earlier this year. We invited friends but they didn't show.
